We’re sisters who live in different cities but talk every single day. One of us (that’s me, Jen) is in the thick of it, a mom of two teenagers, one husband, one dog, and one pony who tries hard but isn’t exactly a genius. The other (that’s Sam) is a stay-at-home mom to a curious toddler, one husband, 2 cats, a dog, and some shrimp. She’s the unofficial family therapist, sounding board, and long-distance partner in investigation.
Together, we unpack life inside (and occasionally outside) the barn, from true crime in the horse world to the everyday drama of being a barn parent.
Why we started this: because the equestrian world is full of stories worth telling — some hilarious, some heartbreaking, and some that sound like they belong in a Netflix documentary.
